Mr. McFarland is a graduate of Princeton University and received a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). He was on Law Review at New York Law School and has an LL.M in Taxation from the University of Florida. Mr. McFarland is fluent in French, German and Spanish. He has published numerous law articles. Mr. McFarland handles immigration and private international law issues.
